I love birds! When I started birding in Spring 2017, I decided to bring my new feathered friends indoors and my menagerie has been growing ever since. If your personal favorite avian species isn't yet represented in my shop, please contact me and I'll add it to the collection!
The item in the photos is the piece you will receive. I make every attempt to accurately photograph each piece, but don’t be surprised when the glass looks different in every single light during the day.

Most of my Mod Birds are 4" wide, 4" tall and about .5" deep. They are all flat ornaments for hanging in the window, on the back porch (the hummingbirds are always investigating mine!) or on a tree. It is shipped with a piece of twine for hanging.

Each original piece is made with the Tiffany copper foil method. I cut, shaped and then wrapped each piece with copper foil before soldering them together. Each piece of glass is unique and cut specifically with its individual placement in mind. I'm always adding new species to the collection, so please contact me if you are looking for a specific color, size or species - I'd be happy to make a custom piece for you!
