The flashy Black-Billed Magpie lives in the West of North America…. A hand hammered copper “sun halo” frames his ascent. The feathers feature bright iridescent glass as well as color fades within the wings. I carefully select and cut the glass with each specific feather in mind during fabrication.
This listing is for a Ready to Ship item - photos shown are of the exact piece you will receive. I select and hand cut each piece of glass to accentuate all of the wonderful bubbles, textures and streaks in the glass.
I do my best to capture the qualities and colors of each piece accurately, but please note that one of the coolest qualities of stained glass is that it will will look different every time you look at it!
This Magpie is 13.5” wide x 11.5” tall and comes with a chain for hanging.
